It doesn't matter if you order 1 or 1000 calendars, the price to ship is just $5. Extra shipping charges apply for Canada and other countries. Next day air is available if ordering 1-3 calendars for $25 (continental U.S. only)

We never charge upload fees, premium paper fees, setup fees, or expedited production like our competitors. What you see above is your price along with $5 shipping for the entire order. Also feel free to insert as many images, dates, and imprint information into your calendars and we won't ever charge more for this.

Non-Profit Free Calendar Program

Starting this year, we want to give a charitable contribution to each non-profit organization that creates calendars with us. If you are a non-profit group, we will donate 10% more calendars to your order free of charge. To see if you qualify, please email us information or supporting documents describing you are a non-profit entity. Our staff will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days. If we accept you into the program, we will add your free calendars to your order. You must order at least 20 calendars to receive our free contribution. Not available for Reorders.

We store your calendar on our secured web server for 6 months so you can easily reorder more copies if needed. Simply call us with your credit card information and we will take care of the rest. 1-800-427-7610. If you initially order 20 or more calendars, you will keep the same low rate when you reorder from us. For example: You first order 100 calendars and then realize you need 2 more, your second order consisting of 2 calendars will be at the 100 pricing ($10.95 each).

Fundraising calendar photo ideas:

Feature pictures of people, places, animals, or things that relate to your cause or organization
Host a picture contest and have your panel of judges choose the top photos for your calendar. You can also charge an entry fee to submit a photo to the contest.
Feature points of interst in your community- parks, buildings, business, people, landmarks, lakes, etc
Feature pictures of local celebrities and hereos (firefighters, police officers, etc). Spice it up and take photos of the firefighters with their shirts off.
Include pictures of your fundraising event from previous years
Advertise in this years calendar to have customers submit photos for next years calendar. Give them an email to send photos too. Maybe give the top 5 best photo winners a free calendar.

You should list your organizations events for the year, but you may also want to add your local communities events to make your calendar more interesting to the general public. This will help land more sales.

Ideas on how to sell your calendar:

Create your calendar and have us print a small batch (1-10 copies). Hand these out to your sales team and they can go door-to-door and start taking in orders. Download and Print our Calendar Order Form. After you have done this for about 2 weeks, gather all orders and tally them together. Now you can submit your large order to us and save on our volume pricing.
