BARC, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit corporation run by volunteers dedicated to rescuing & rehabilitating pure bred Bernese Mountain Dogs from brokers, auctions, & any other dangerous, exploitative or abusive situation. BARC, Inc. places these dogs in loving pet homes as spayed or neutered companions in loving forever homes.
