What kind of equipment do you use to print my calendars?
We use professional high-quality digital printing presses that produce an exceptional, vibrant product.
What picture resolution do you recommend?
We recommend using images that measure at least 1600x1200 pixels or greater. We have seen good results from pictures less than 1600x1200 pixels, but it depends on different criteria such as the lens on the camera, lighting, aperture, and stabilization. Generally pictures taken from a 3 mega pixel or greater camera should have no resolution problems and we also produce great results from photos taken from smart phones including iPhones, Samsung Galaxys, and others. If you're looking for optimal results, please use photo dimensions of 11.29 x 8.79 inches at 200dpi (using an sRGB color profile) for full bleed images. Remember we also trim our pages up to 1/8" on all sides. Also, on the sides of the page that will be punched for the binder, the punch holes will be punched about 1/4" from the trimmed edge of the page.
More measurements by dpi to help you create full-bleed images:
100 dpi = 1129x870 pixels
200 dpi = 2258x1757 pixels
300 dpi = 3387x2636 pixels

I'm concerned about your paper and print quality, what do you recommend?
If you order 20 or more calendars, we will ship a free hard copy proof to you. If you disapprove of it, you will only be charged for 1 calendar with shipping and the rest of your order will be refunded. For quantities less than 20, we recommend ordering just 1 printed calendar.
I'm not getting any emails from your company?
We reply to every email we receive. If you don't see an email from us within 24 business hours, please check your spam folder for our reply or use our contact form.
Can you create my calendar if I provide you with the images?
I'm sorry, but you must create your own calendar using our free software.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders.
My calendar contains adult nudity, is that okay?
Yes, nudity is acceptable as long as the images aren't pornographic in nature and the people in the photos are 21 or older. Create Photo Calendars has sole discretion of all content.
What are your payment terms?
We need the payment in full before we will print your order.
Are the calendars printed full-bleed?
Yes, all layouts with the themed border are printed to the edge of the page and you will not have any white space around the edges. We also offer a template in the wall calendar that prints your photo full-bleed.
I'm not happy with my printed calendars. Can I get my money back?
Your calendars are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If defects are found, we will replace your returned calendars at no charge. This does not include image placement or quality, dates, verbiage or any other issues arising from items which are under the control of the calendar project creator. If you are concerned about our quality or you want to make sure you didn't make any mistakes, we recommend starting off by ordering just 1 calendar.
Do you double check my calendar files?
No, you are responsible for checking your calendars files making sure your photos, dates, captions, etc are correct. We also do not check for spelling errors or red-eye in photos. This is your responsibility.
Do you have an offline designer I can use?
No, we no longer offer or support an offline/desktop version of the designer.
