About the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast (HSTC)
Founded in 1955, HSTC is the only open access, no-kill nonprofit animal welfare organization operating in Martin County. HSTC accepts animals regardless of health, age, temperament or breed. With 2,000 animals being rehomed annually through progressive adoption programs and other services, HSTC has joined leading shelters in our state and country focusing on lifesaving culture change in the communities we serve. As a result of our commitment to excellence and fiscal responsibility, HSTC consistently receives 4-star ratings from Charity Navigator. Join our no kill efforts and help us provide quality medical care, shelter, and enrichment to animals in need.
