IBR is a 501c3 not for profit pet rescue dedicated to helping Field bred Pointer and Setters, Beagles, Pits, and Super Mutts since 2001. Our mission is to help educate pet lovers and veterinarians about the epidemic of tick borne disease in our dog, cat and horse population.
