Description
A book for children and adults about Louis, the kayaking Maine Coon cat, and his adventures on the wetlands.
Book 1 tells the story of Louis, the foxes, a raccoon, and a beaver going together on a kayak adventure to collect plastic waste from the river. Suddenly, they find a drift bottle with a treasure map, which leads them to a treasure chest. „Engaging for the environment and helping others will always be rewarded from the universe, “says the fox 🦊 THE BOOK IS AVAILABLE IN A HARDCOVER AND A SOFT COVER VERSION.
About the project idea: Rivers carry plastic waste from deep inland to the sea, making them significant contributors to ocean pollution. Only 9% of all plastic waste ever produced has been recycled. About 12% has been incinerated, while the rest - 79% - has accumulated in the natural environment. This book raises awareness about the particular importance of rivers in the struggle against plastic waste and microplastics.
